For those of you that have followed my small blog, I want to say Thanks.I also want to get back to the reason I started this blog in the first place.

I was excited,after attending my first Big Seminar by Armand Morin. I had a million ideas and twice as many goals. That was in October of 2006 and I must say it was a seminar that changed my way of thinking forever. I followed this up by attending Armand`s Freedom Factor. Now not only is my way of thinking changed but my whole perspective as well.

How many times during your lifetime have you heard that ? Personally so many that it was just something that lurked in my mind any time I started a project. Not so much as an inhibitor but rather as a tool to force me to look below the surface and see just how big a project really is.

When I jumped into the world of Internet Marketing I thought I knew what I was in store for. Boy was I ever wrong. I underestimated, has to be the biggest understatement of my lifetime. I hope you will stay with this blog post long enough to allow me to explain.

Recently I had to learn a lesson from a customer.Not that I am afraid to learn but how I do hate hiccups in business. I will not bore you with details because I want to get right to the point.
My irate customer was actually upset that she could not get an answer in what she deemed a timely manner.

Last night I got an e-mail from Armand Morin.He was not promoting one of his famous generator products.Instead he was letting me know about a worthwhile cause that Stephen Pierce was doing.Now before you go without reading let me tell you up front it won`t cost you anything.Your participation will however put food in front of someone who is very hungry.

Hello I want to talk a little bit about something that has puzzled me for some time now.In Action by people who should be quite active.Now I know you are scratching your head right about now so let me explain.
Many people go to Seminars and participate in Webinars,Teleconferencing.Mentoring groups and various other training programs.All of which are designed to teach you something as well as provide resources.If you have been around Internet Marketing for any time you have heard names such as Armand Morin,John Reese,Michel Fortin Jim Edwards,Dr Mike Woo Ming,the list goes on and on of successful people living the dream or at least doing well.Then you have those who follow these people,hanging on every word like it was life sustaining .Just tonight I heard a comment that someone had been following 2 of these individuals for a couple years.That in it self is not uncommon.I consider it wise to know what successful people are doing.When asked about his product or service the reply was I don`t have a website …..yet.

Recently I got an idea from John Reese. He called it his War Room Strategy Area.From the sounds of it he has had some heavy powered brainstorming going on with names like , Dean Jackson, Frank Kern, Ed Dale, Stephen Pierce, Armand Morin, Brad Fallon, Andy Jenkins, Mike Long, Harlan Kilstein, Jeff Walker, Jeff Johnson, Jeff Mulligan, Jason Moffatt, Rob Cowie, Dave Mizrachi, Jason Potash, Keith Baxter, and several others.He has everyone sign a particular section of the wall.

No one is a total package when it comes to business.You might say now wait just a minute there. I know how to code I am an advertising genius and I know my market better than anyone.Why not do it all myself ? You may be right to some of these things, but truth is you are to close to your business.Ever hear the phrase “Too close to the trees to see the forest”You may be able to do all things but do you do them all well?Chances are if you are honest with yourself you would answer I only do one or two things really well.Seek out those that do really well at what you don`t. You will second guess what you are doing a lot less with this strategy.
Hi I am Ken Chandler and thanks for stopping by.Today more than ever it is so easy to skip important steps and leave Your money on the table.There are more tools and strategies now than ever before. Getting help in your business allows different perspectives and ideas to hit your desk.After all you are the boss, sift thru the ideas and choose which will work for you. Unless that is you are doing everything and don`t have time to research new avenues to grow your business.
Outsourcing is a valuable tool when used Not only does it free up more of your time ,but let`s face facts.Many people are content to work for you and your business. Make use of that fact and be happy that everyone does not have dreams of being the boss. Look for local up and coming talent. College kids even high school kids are eager to do anything associated with a computer. They are looking to build their resumes ,let them put you down as one of their previous projects as you enjoy the fruits of their labor. Most that I have dealt with did quality work at a reasonable price.
So if I wasn`t plain enough before I will spell it out.Get help in your business as soon as possible. Work it into your non existent or meager budget.Let two sets of eyes see your business. Just like two heads are better than one , same goes for sets of eyes. Listen to what others have to say.Hire a professional consultant ,get your website critiqued.
Options to outsourcing are JV`S. Joint Ventures have been around a long time. They work, How you ask ?They are fairly simple really all parties have an asset that they bring to the table,after a bit of negotiation everyone has traded their service for that of someone else.Its a win win situation for everyone. The more JV partners that you have the more versatile your product becomes.Your task list is shorter to getting your product to market.
